Assessments
/ Researches: Mostly Quantitative approaches.
- Look at an individual level of satisfaction
with himself/herself,
spouse, general family situations, and work
situations (see
where you're at).
- Try to understand how much individuals behaviours
and
attitudes are products of their past and present
family life
experiences.
- Find out how varied social or physical situations
impact
the individual and the Family.
Quantitative Assessments relevant to the select
subject area/s are preferably carried out
prior to the holding of Workshops/ Seminars
to ensure the needs of each group are addressed.
Results from these
assessments will become a part of our research
data base for reference and family development
in the select areas.
It
becomes necessary therefore for prospective
participants to our workshops be registered
at least two weeks before the workshop/s to
guarantee our personalized service.

Balancing
Work and the Family (Workers - Management)

- Two most important areas of an individual
life that if not kept in balance, can
greatly affect an individual mental health
and productivity.

Look at issues specific to individuals,
their workplaces, and homes and find solutions
to balance the relationships thus avoiding
major conflicts at home and decreased
productivity in the work place.

Enriching
Marriages (Couples)
- Look at the general needs of spouses,
their situations and how each can meet
each others needs in love.
- Explore intimate relationships, and
finding critical controlling techniques
for those areas and situations in the
dynamics that can make or break the relationship.
- Find out how children can be reinforcing
bonds in the Love quadruplet.
- Parenting
(Parents & Guardians - Teachers)
- Look at parenting across the family lifespan/age
groups - (Toddler, Children, Adolescent Persons ,
Adults, Your parents)
- Explore the basic developmental characteristics
of each stage, and how to best handle the
individual at each stage with a view to
produce emotionally balanced and intelligent
adults, avoiding abuse and disablement in
the process.

Family Life/ Family Resource Management (Families)
- Look at the general needs of family members,
their situations and how each member's needs
can be met within the family or where and
how to source outside help.
- Explore interpersonal relationships, and
finding critical controlling techniques
for those areas and situations in the dynamics
that has the potential to build strong healthy
family relationships or scar individuals
for life.
- Assess the family needs and match the
family resources (all the family has - members,
cash and kind) against these needs, finding
ways and means by which each family member
can supply such needs and where best to
source resources outside the family if this
become necessary.

Sexuality/Experiencing and Loving Oneself
while Appreciating the Differences in Others

the critical issues relevant to the individual
at the different stages of the life cycle.

to personal values, belief systems, choices
and of course consequences of sexual behaviours.
